The spinning motion of the inner rings can help to give you something to focus on...these rings are sometimes called meditation rings for that reason. Not to mention they are just big, wide, beautiful bands that go with everything!! These rings are hand crafted and formed in sterling silver with a 3mm semi-precious stone set to one of the inner ring bands. The main band is pretty wide at 1/2" or 12mm so remember to size up a bit for a good fit. Usually half to a whole size works as wide bands need that extra room not to be tight further up on your finger :) Rings in stock vary in designs and sizes.
