Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at sweetlime@me.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Item should be returned to 3501 Timber Drive Amarillo, TX 79121.  If item can be repaired it will be. If repair is not an option the item will be refunded or replaced with comparable product at your choice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will not be approved for improper wear or misuse of an item.  Silver, Copper, Brass are all soft metals that are prone to tarnish and bend.  Please take care to not expose these to stress and/or chemicals.  Refunds will not be issued for improper ring sizing on your part.  Rings are sized to US standards. Refunds will not be issued due to improper ring size ordered.
